Department of Electrical Engineering

Electrical Engineering Department was established with intake capacity of 60 students in 2009, in the sprawling and beautiful campus of Government Polytechnic Awasari(Kh). Since then Electrical Engineering department has always strived to achieve excellence in education so as to enable students to establish themselves as ethical and technically competent Electrical Engineer to Serve Industry and Society. The major strength of the department is a team of well qualified, experienced and dedicated faculties who are continuously supporting their students for their academic excellence. The Department is equipped with the state of the art Laboratories and equipments and also has excellent computational facility. The department conducts technical, Co curricular and Extra curricular activities on regular basis for further understanding and skill enhancement in students.
Our Institute is situated near industrial belt of Pune, so students have good placement opportunities. Many students of Electrical Department are placed in reputed industries. Also many of them are doing their under graduate studies in reputed educational institutes and are eventually placed in renowned industries.
